If you items won’t fit in the Gold Return Kit bag, don’t worry! Just print a FedEx label from our website and ship them back to us. You will need to pre-pack all the contents in advance of the pickup using your own shipping container or one provided by Federal Express. Then drop your package off at the nearest FedEx shipping center. Please pack your items carefully.

Yes, and in some cases the check will be issued the same day we receive your shipment. We will send your check immediately upon the confirmation of the value of your items by Precision Refining. Without email confirmation, we will send your check within 24 hours of confirmation.

If you don’t want to wait that long, you can opt for the direct deposit option by filling out the form in your Gold Return Kit, and we will deposit the money right into your bank account. There is a $9.99 fee charged by Precision Refining for direct deposit. Any wire transfers may also be subject to a customer's bank's wire transfer rules and fees.

If you are not satisfied with your payment, let us know within 14 days by sending us the check and a written letter by U.S. Mail along with delivery confirmation. Your items will be sent back to you immediately upon receipt at our expense.

If we have not heard from you after 14 days of our sending you the check, or the check has been cashed, we will consider the transaction complete and will send your items to our manufacturing plant to be processed for future jewelry production.

In the case of wire transfers, please send us a certified or cashier's check or money order for the amount of the funds that Precision Refining transferred to your account along with a written letter by U.S. Mail and delivery confirmation as stated above.

Hosting a Precision Refining Gold Party is fast, easy and profitable for you and your guests. You can order a Home Gold Party Kit on our website or call us at 1-877-323-3686 and Precision Refining will send you everything you need to host your first party.

It is easy for you to make money. At your party, you and your guests will be able to sort, test, weigh and evaluate unwanted material before sending it to Precision Refining for our final evaluation. You send us each guest’s individual envelope of material and corresponding valuation sheet. We take care of the rest.

When you order your Precision Refining Gold Party Kit, Precision Refining will provide 30 individual customer bags with tracking numbers clearly identified on each bag. Your customers can log into our website, track their package and view their final settlement.

Your customers will have the option of agreeing to the settlement amount or; simply request to have their original material returned.

As a party host, you will also have the option of logging into the Precision Refining website under a master tracking number. This number allows you to review all of your guest’s transactions and settlements. As a party host, you also have the option of accepting the Precision Refining settlement on behalf of your guests. Individual settlement checks will be sent to your customers address.
