150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee

Based upon the terms and conditions set forth below, if You (the “Seller”) receive a higher offer somewhere else, We, Precision Refining, Ltd. (“Precision Refining,” “We,”“Us,” or “Our”) will pay Our original offer plus 150% of the difference between the two offers after comparing the competing firm precious metal return against the material originally sent to Us for analysis.

Terms

All terms and conditions as must be satisfied according to the below Agreement for the offer to be in effect.

Precision Refining’s Guarantee Offer is only valid when Our original offer is compared against another Major Internet Purchasers of precious metal material.

Major Internet Purchaser is defined as a “Internet company that has an established national presence deriving over 95% of their gross revenue from purchasing scrap gold, platinum, sterling, and other precious metals directly from individual sellers through the companies internet site.”

Major Internet Purchasers must be current, outstanding members and display the seal of the BBB OnLine Reliability Program, the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC), as well as being compliant with all the laws and regulations of the USA Patriot Act. The USA Patriot Act requires that all firms purchasing jewelry from the public in an aggregate amount of over $50,000 have an anti-money laundering (AML) program in place.

Examination

All packages will be video taped and imaged upon opening to compare against the original imaged files.

If the weight of the material Precision Refining received back for inspection under the guarantee offer varies by more than 2% from Our original documented receipt of the goods or, if the weight of the material received back for inspection does not match the weight, fineness, or material as reported on the original copies of the documentation from the competing firm, the offer is both null and void and the material will be returned to You in the condition in which it arrived.

Valuation

The valuation for determining the Precision Refining payment under Our 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee offer will be determined by examining the Major Internet Company’s precious metal return percentage against the fineness of the material sent to us for reanalysis. Precision Refining reserves the right to fire assay any item(s) to confirm the accuracy of the competing firm’ analysis of the material.

If your material is found to assay or test below the reported fineness of the competing firms offer, Precision Refining’s 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee is both null and void and the material will be returned to You with payment made at 100% of the current market for any item(s) that were destroyed in the analysis process.

Payment

The maximum additional payment that will be made as a condition of Our guarantee is $1,000.00.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Settlement

As a condition of final settlement, a confirmation will from Precision Refining to the individual returning the scrap material under Our 150% Satisfaction Guarantee Cash Guarantee offer. Once the written offer is accepted, signed and returned back to Us, Precision Refining will issue a check under Our 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee offer payable to the seller that originally sent the scrap to Precision Refining.

The 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee offer is valid only for precious metal scrap returned in the original form as it was first initially received at Precision Refining. Only the actual gold, platinum, or sterling metal will be valued in determining the payout under Our 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee. Stones and other items will be valued at “zero” when determining the payment made under the guarantee.

The 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee is a one time offer to the original seller of the scrap material. Additional or duplicate shipments received under Our 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee will be returned to the Sender.

This offer is not valid to any company, corporation including all jewelry manufacturers, retailers, and precious metal refining companies.

Precision Refining reserves the right to allow 30 days for the examination and verification of the competing firms offer.

Any criminal intent to defraud Precision Refining Ltd. under the terms of Our 150% Satisfaction Cash Back Guarantee or the above agreement will be prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
